In the unlikely event of a failure of the laboratory work Kreativ Dental have agreed to meet the cost of the travelling and hotel accommodation expenses of the patient for an additional trip to Budapest to carry out any remedial work.

Fixed restoration:

Crowns,Bridges 5 years (temporaries not included)
Inlays/Onlays 2 years (temporaries not included)

Removable restorations:

Partial Dentures 3 years (temporaries not included)
Full Dentures1 years
Implant (only the product) 10 years

Extent of Guarantee:

In the unlikely event of a failure of the laboratory work Kreativ Dental have agreed to meet the cost of the travelling and hotel accommodation expenses (meals are not included) of the patient for an additional trip to Budapest to carry out any remedial work. Kreativ Dental will also cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem. In the case of small adjustments you can use a dentist in your own country and forward your bill to Kreativ Dental for reimbursement. Kreativ Dental allocates 30.00 Euros for such repairs as re-cementing crowns, denture or partial denture adjustment).

Kreativ Dental is not liable for any unforeseen root canal treatment after having tooth/teeth prepared for crownwork & bridgework. Occasionally, teeth suffer preparation trauma during crown & bridgework treatment resulting in a need for a root canal treatment afterwards.

Guarantee will be reduced or invalidated:

• If oral hygiene is neglected
• If the dentists’ instructions are not followed (for example not to wear the dentures during the night)
• If removable restoration such as partials dentures or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly
• If the patient does not visit a dentist for a routine check-up at least once a year
• If the gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally reducing
• Accidental damage, for example dropping dentures
• If the patient loses or gains a substantial amount of weight during a short period of time
• If there is a general sickness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition (for example diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, condition after x-rays or chemotherapy)
• If patient does not notify Kreativ Dental prior to exercising their guarantee.
